本会标志由五条不同色彩的简洁纹线构成，象征商会精神，亦呼应领导者应具备的五大品德。

Establishment
本会创立于 2015 年马来西亚首都吉隆坡，由创会会长拿督黄顺进主催，与多名志同道合的企业家戮力同心创立，是国内华裔社团中的新生代独立华商团体。

为企业、为社会作出贡献，活跃回馈会员及其企业，积极推动公益慈善，秉持「取自社会、用之社会」的企业精神，培育具备五德的现代企业领袖。
OBJECTIVE

Expanding business networks
结识及联谊更多各行各业成功的企业家，大家互相交流，传经送宝，分享经商心得和经验。
To establish rapport among members with entrepreneurs of other business circles, exchanging valuable business experiences through interactions.
Advertising platform
通过本会举办的活动、聚餐晚宴、公会网站及刊物等，协助会员达到一定程度的宣传，提高自家企业品牌知名度，及宣扬品牌力度，进而造就更多潜在商机。
Members may enhance visibility and brand awareness through CEAKLS's functions, dinner gatherings and publicity.
Pioneering greater business opportunities
作为非盈利的公会组织，我们乐于与更多各会各商团与企业接触，包括本地和海外的联系，达到商机接轨之机会。
As a non-profit association, we earnestly seek to liaise with as many enterprises as possible, be they local or overseas, in an attempt to create more business opportunities.
Societal responsibility
大马华裔商人受到儒家思想熏陶与感染，不能忘记「取之社会，用之社会」的大同精神。因此，适时推动慈善公益活动，以祈抛砖引玉带动关怀社会弱势群体，也是公会秉持的宗旨之一。
Malaysian Chinese entrepreneurs uphold the tenet of 'from the society, to the society', deeply entrenched in Confucian philosophy. Hence, CEAKLS incorporates the same spirit by launching various charitable activities for the underprivileged.
